Rich Campos (the owner) and his team are second to none. We needed a shower valve replaced and not only did Rich send a service person who was the most experienced in that work, but he spent a crazy amount of time on the phone narrowing down the best options for our needs. By "best" I mean most similar looking to the rest of our fixtures at a price point that matched our usage. We found Buri Buri Plumbing to be very fairly priced (we did call around) - not to mention the fact that Rich is very friendly and refreshingly funny to boot. He is responsive via text, email and phone (he gave us his direct number!) and got back to us within a day of leaving a message. Another quality that I so appreciate with Rich is his labor cost transparency. He went through the different aspects of this job with great detail and set very realistic expectations for us as to what the work would entail. There were absolutely NO SURPRISES in our final bill. This and the lack of cross-sell for different products I asked about (different water heating options, for ex) definitely instilled trust and assures us that they're the team to call when any plumbing needs arise! Called Buri Buri Plumbing regarding a water heater leaking and they responded in the same day. Technician was absolutely great. He diagnosed the problem quickly got me a new water heater. The best part was him working with his boss to get us a better price. We initially didn't think it was possible given everything is expensive now, but they were so understanding and gave us a price we can work with. Within couple hours the work was done. Couldn't be happier with the results. I guess Wizard stands for trying to make a lot of your money disappear, and lowering the specs of the job for a quick and easy install. Wizard seemed to be more into sales, and less into the actual plumbing work. I reached out to Buri Buri Plumbing, Rich went over the specs of the job with me, his team arrived on time, and completed the job to the specifications we discussed, tested the equipment, and they answered my questions and concerns. Rich helped solve 3 plumbing problems faster than any other plumber I’ve ever experienced. He quickly figured out our hot water problem across our house was a shower fixture that was mixing a recirculating line. He also was able to get a part for an in wall toilet and fix it within a few days vs the months we were waiting for another plumber to receive the parts. Buri Buri is the only plumber I will call from now on for any issue!

I "discovered" Buri Buri when Rich started his company several years ago. From the get-go, he impressed me with his expertise and his conscientiousness. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable and skilled in his field, he's a really smart guy who's personable and knows how to communicate; he explains what's wrong, what needs to be done, and he doesn't try to sell you on anything frivolous. He also answers the phone -- personally -- when there's an emergency; and not just once, but TWICE, he has helped me resolve an issue by patiently talking me through a procedure on the telephone, saving me what could have been a costly emergency visit. His wife, who manages scheduling, is also a gem, always helpful and responsive (and if you ask to see pics of his kids, be prepared for cuteness overload.)
